Rachel Fearnley

Rachel spent the first decade of her career racing boats across the globe until exhaustion forced her to pause and ask a deeper question: what does the body truly need to heal? That question led her from boats to yoga mats, eventually founding The Pineapple House, a yoga and surf retreat center in Bali.

Through her own burnout, she discovered the profound power of Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Somatics, Ayurveda, and Meditation, studying with world-renowned teachers like Dan Brule and Stig Severinsen. Rachel’s work is now dedicated to helping practitioners and clients alike slow down, ground themselves, and reconnect with their bodies in safe, trauma-aware ways. She lives in Bali with her daughter, Yemaja, continuing to share these practices online with students worldwide.

Lucy Foster-Perkins

Lucy’s path began in the world of professional dance, until her body told her it needed something different. After facing adrenal fatigue in 2014, she turned to Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation to restore balance. That healing journey led her to train with her teacher Rupert Spira, and to join Rachel as co-director of The Pineapple House.

Today, Lucy lives in London with her family, embracing the rhythms of daily life while continuing to teach globally. Her gift is making complex teachings accessible, compassionate, and immediately applicable helping clients and practitioners move from overwhelm into calm, embodied presence.
